Delivery

Shipment from LoveYourCurvy.com to Bulgaria is:

- free of charge to Speedy or Econt office, for orders over 45 €.
- free of charge to the exact address, for orders over 65 €.

We work with two courier companies - Speedy and Econt. When delivered to the courier's office, you will be able to choose which of the two couriers you want to receive your shipment with,

Delivery time is from 1 to 2 working days. Deliveries during non-working hours, on weekends or during public holidays are handled on the first working day. All orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Express deliveries within the day of the order are possible only for the city of Sofia and if you request this by phone call or through the Order call option.

The price of delivery for orders under 45 € is approximately 2.5 € to Speedy's office, 3.4 € to Econt's office and about 3.7 € to your personal address. The exact amount depends on the courier's tariff and the weight of the shipment. It is possible to increase the price by up to 1 € for more remote or small settlements.

The price of delivery for orders under 65 € and over 45 € is free to a Speedy or Econt office and about 3.7 € to your personal address. The exact amount depends on the courier's tariff and the weight of the shipment. It is possible to increase the price by up to 1 € for more remote or small settlements.

Payment

The value of the order can be paid:

- cash to the courier, upon receipt of the shipment at your exact address or at the courier's office;

- at the courier's POS terminal, upon receipt of the shipment at your exact address or at the courier's office. Our partners from Speedy and Econt have mobile POS terminals, so you can pay for your shipment with a card both in their offices and upon receipt of your personal address.

- bank card - in advance on our website. We use a secured virtual POS terminal.

Test and review option before payment

All orders from www.loveyourcurvy.com are sent with the option "Test and review before payment". All orders from www.loveyourcurvy.com are sent with the option to check the condition of the shipment before accepting it or try on the selected model of dress, blouse or other women's clothing and accessories, and then decide whether to accept the shipment and pay for it to the courier. There are fitting rooms, where you can also take advantage of the service "Test and review before payment" by trying the selected items on the spot, available in most local Speedy and Econt offices.

The "Test and review before payment" service is possible only for shipments on the territory of Bulgaria.

If something is wrong with your order or just isn't what you're looking for, you can return it within 14 days. The conditions are that the goods are not being worn by anybody and are in a good commercial condition, with original packs and labels.

For PROMO models, different delivery terms may apply, which will be listed at the bottom of the promotional page.

International deliveries are made under the following conditions:

- For Romania and Greece - price 9 €, delivery time 3-4 working days.

- For Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland - 12 €, delivery time 5-6 working days.

- For all other EU members - from 17 €, delivery time 5-6 working days.

- For all other European countries, not EU members - from 20 €, delivery time 5-7 working days.

- For the rest of the world - from 22 €, delivery time to the USA 7-14 working days, delivery time to Australia, Canada and other countries 10-21 working days

* International shipments are made with DPD standard or the Global Postal Network.

* All international shipments are possible only by card payment.

We kindly ask our customers, in case of delay in delivery with an order already confirmed as sent, to inform us in a timely manner at order@loveyourcurvy.com so that we can make a check with a courier and help to resolve any problem.
