The secrets of the most ethereal details of women's clothing - socks and tights
I have a cruelly intelligent and at the same time childishly naive friend. She regularly amazes me with something you wonder how a person could even think, but at the same time she believes it wholeheartedly and never (much to my delight) gets offended or embarrassed when you correct her. I'll never forget the iconic occasion where a group of women and I were talking about pantyhose and stockings and who liked them for how many days, resulting in her adamantly declaring that it was very stupid to mark how long you could wear something and then have to throw away Tush, the audience is in a stupor.
"But how, Mimi, how do you throw them away?
"Well, it says 7 days on the package, and I throw them away after a week."
You will hardly imagine the stunned looks of everyone at the table, the barely restrained laughter and the inhuman self-control of the one who explained that days (day) are not calendar days, but a measure of density of matter. Much to our delight, Mimeto, with his unwavering confidence, grinned from ear to ear and declared how we had just saved countless pantyhose from an untimely death.
Now that I've (hopefully) made you smile :), let me tell you about the secrets of those ethereal details of women's clothing - socks and tights - the Dos and Don'ts and other little secrets.
There are different criteria according to which you can choose tights or socks, and my idea is to separate them into categories according to the occasions of wearing.
DAILY
First of all, it is important what everyday life we are talking about, as we must also consider the seasons. Clearly, no one wears tights for 200 days of summer. But then another problem arises - friction between the legs. For this specific seasonal discomfort, the short leggings-pantyhose were created to not overheat you and prevent chafing. They're also super comfortable for running around playgrounds and all kinds of other activities you wouldn't otherwise be able to practice in dresses and short skirts. If you want to avoid chafing with a minimal addition of clothing - leg bands are also available - imagine socks with lace, but without the socks. They are only on the thighs and cover only the part susceptible to chafing.
For a more business-like everyday life, you can go for standard tights, and my personal advice (from experience) is that if you decide on a tight model, look for it with a high waist. It is said that black tights are suitable for any look, I would argue and advise you to listen to your own taste, considering its thickness to the look, but also to the place where you will wear it. If you're out all day, don't bother with 15 days in December, please.
If you're colder than me, or have sensitive skin, it's better to splurge on the super special tights made from cashmere, alpaca or merino wool. Apart from the fact that you will certainly be warm, you will not have to worry about allergies, irritation, stinging (these are not Rodobic blankets :) the softest and most luxurious waves are used here). And they are almost eternal ;)
OFFICIAL
Obviously, the criteria is subjective, but in this category I'll put the tights mentioned above - for occasions from weddings to divorces and everything in between, tights work wonders. If the occasion is in the warmer part of the year, you can also find tight leggings or a tight skirt, or replace the overall silhouette of the pantyhose with the more refined and at the same time giving freedom socks. We can distinguish between them two types - those with and those without a silicone band. The first ones are ideal if you want to wear them on their own - in their upper part they end with a wide lace with built-in anti-slip silicone bands. The second ones can be of wide or narrow lace, and necessarily go with garters to which they are attached. The latter can also be referred to our third category. A great detail of the stockings is the classic hem at the back, which nowadays is rarely a physical hem but more of a decoration, but no matter how it's created, it always visually elongates the legs and gives an unfailingly sexy feel.
ENTERTAINMENT
Let's go back to socks - besides being a practical accessory, they are often part of a group of clothes summarized as "erotic underwear". Garter stockings in particular are an invariable part of fantasy and then reality in both men's and women's minds, ending in the bedroom. Or in other places, but figuratively speaking ;) Garters can be an independent accessory - like a belt to which socks are attached or they can be part of underwear - panties, thongs, etc. The straps themselves are almost always removable and absolutely always adjustable. And if your socks seem a bit boring and you want to try something really challenging - I present to you body tights. You will also meet them under the less sonorous name "full body", which personally does not evoke even an iota of erotic thoughts in me. But their vision is another thing. These are a very special series, let's call them erotic clothes, being a complete garment made of fine material like pantyhose. They almost always have an "open bottom" for easier access ;) Any further explanation would be redundant, just take a look at them.
Of course, there are many sides to fun, and here I will mention all the other tights that I personally put in the "for mood" column. These are monochromatic tights - red, green, yellow - a great accent for the typical winter with its dark colors; fishnet tights - from fine unnoticeable fishnet, to large - a super accent for ripped jeans, to those with figures like spiders, roses and what not. And, of course, the printed tights. Here, only your imagination can stop you from expressing yourself through your clothing.
We shouldn't forget the classic thin knee or ankle socks, which are super comfortable for any delicate shoes. A basic rule, as with any garment (at least for me) is to consider the size well in order to enjoy both the effect and the comfort. Because in the end, we all know how even the most beautiful vision can totally ruin your mood if the price of beauty is pain.
